Giving Back
I’ve been passionate about animal rescue since 2012, and it fueled my love of photography. I began by capturing photos for rescues, which quickly grew into hands-on work in the field. Over the years, I’ve fostered animals with behavioral and medical challenges, provided dog training, conducted behavior assessments, and created enrichment programs at shelters. In 2016, I was proud to help build the Dogs Playing for Life program at The Animal Foundation in Las Vegas. Along the way, I’ve also worked closely with the community, spreading awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering and helping families find solutions to keep their pets in their forever homes.
In 2015, I had the honor of working at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, an experience that deeply shaped the way I connect with and photograph rescue animals. After moving back to Las Vegas, I worked full-time at The Animal Foundation from 2016 to 2019 as both a Canine Playgroup Specialist and a Behavior Specialist. These roles taught me invaluable skills and gave me a deeper understanding of working with animals. Thanks to this hands-on experience, I’m completely comfortable photographing pets and animals that may be considered 'difficult' or those with specific medical or behavioral needs.
Rescue Services
I've worked with many of the rescues in the Las Vegas community and am currently partnered (and foster for) The Churchill Foundation. However, I love to photograph any rescue animal in need and am available to help any rescue/shelter! As a member of HeARTs Speak, please contact me if you would like to set up a shoot for rescue/foster/or adopted animals! My services are always FREE for shelters and rescues.
